Manage Reviews is the single inbox for every rating and review your business receives across its connected platforms. Rather than checking each site, you read, sort, and respond to all of them here.

From this view you can:

  • Reply to reviews directly, keeping your tone and response time consistent across platforms.
  • Add Reviews by hand — useful for testimonials gathered offline or before {{brandName}} was connected.
  • Send Review Request to ask a happy customer for a new review on the spot.

When the list is empty, the Start Collecting Reviews button walks you through turning on automated requests, so reviews begin flowing in on their own. Responding quickly and consistently is one of the simplest ways to improve both your rating and your local search visibility.
